- September 2016 - making the home page for the project (A1);
- September 2016 - mapping the students' reading at the beginning of the project (questionnaire) (A2);
- September 2016 - mapping the book rentals of the school library during the previous schoolyear (statistics)(A3);
- September 2016 - making the "Reading Tree", where the students write the titles of the books they have read, will be completed throughout the whole project (it is interactive and followed in real time) (A1)(C1);
- October 2016 - teachers'/students' reading recommendation (on school's social media channels) (C2);
- October 2016 - the first project meeting in Estonia (M1); Getting to know each other, team building, distribution of projects tasks, introducing the project web page and the "Reading tree", analyzing the mapping results (students' reading and book rental), discussing future activities.
- November 2016 - 2017 January- a commercial to support reading (film) (C3);
- December 2016 - reading to playschool children(E1);
- February 2017 - the second project meeting in Slovakia(M1); Getting the know about local educational system and educational priorities, analyzing the reading commercials, discussing future activities.
- March - April 2017 - introducing one's favourite book (an exhibition in a public place) (E2);
- April 2017 - reading to playschool children (E1);
- April 2017 - mapping the students' reading (questionnaire) (A2);
- May 2017 - the third project meeting in Spain (M1); Getting the know about local educational system and educational priorities, analyzing the first project year results, discussing future activities.

- September 2017 - choosing the most popular internationally known book among the project countries (questionnaire on the Internet) (C4);
- September 2017 - mapping the book rentals of the school library during the previous schoolyear (statistics)(A3);
- September - October 2017 - display or poster of an internationally known writer; (display in the school library, on the project web page and in the eTwinning environment)(E3)
- October 2017 - the fourth project meeting in Poland (M1); Getting the know about local educational system and educational priorities, analyzing the book rental's mapping, preparing the book festival.
- November 2017 - acting out a short play at the book festival (will be filmed) (C5);
- December 2017 - reading to playschool children (E1);
- February 2018 - the fifth project meeting in Belgium (M1); Getting the know about local educational system and educational priorities, analyzing the book festivals, preparing orienteering game in literature.
- March - April 2018 - orienteering game on literature (C6);
- April - May 2018 - choosing top 10 favourite books in each country which results in compiling a poster (presented in the libraries of all the participating schools). The poster looks like a bookshelf which has a separate shelf for the pictures of each country's top 10 books (C7), (E4);
- April - May 2018 - mapping the students' reading at the end of the project, analysis (A2);
- April 2018 - mapping the book rentals of the school library during the previous schoolyear, analysis (A3);
- May 2018 - "Reading Trees" will be completed (C1);
- May 2018 - the sixth project meeting in Estonia (M1); Getting the know about local educational system and educational priorities, analyzing the second project year and the whole project, analyzing the results of the "Reading Tree" and the weigh of the books we have read through the project, discussing about mapping the book rentals and its deadline.
